How Confiri works

Where Confiri sits, and what it does not do.

Confiri does not schedule interviews and does not replace your video platform. Your ATS books the interview and invites the candidate, exactly as it does today. Confiri sits in the middle: the candidate completes a two minute check, and only then reaches the call.

The whole flow

• An interview is booked in your ATS or calendar.
• Confiri learns about it, from an ATS webhook, a calendar invite, or a calendar connection.
• The candidate opens their interview link and completes the check: camera, connection, phone and profile.
• They are forwarded to the real meeting room.
• The interviewer opens their own calendar entry, which shows a one page report saying whether anything needs raising.
