Confiri is an identity verification platform for video interviews operated by Global Talent Leaders LTD (company number 14557865), registered in England and Wales at Summit House, Horsecroft Road, Harlow, Essex, CM19 5BN. By creating an account or using Confiri as a candidate, you agree to these Terms.
Recruiters: companies and individuals who create a Confiri account to verify candidates they are interviewing.
Candidates: individuals directed to Confiri's verification gateway as part of an interview process arranged by a recruiter.
By using Confiri, recruiters agree to:
By proceeding through Confiri's verification gateway, candidates confirm they understand that a live camera check, a comparison with their public LinkedIn photo, device and connection checks, and optional phone and email checks will be performed, and that the results will be shared with the recruiting organisation. The camera check and photo comparison only start after the candidate gives explicit consent on the consent screen.
Candidates may decline to complete verification. However, the recruiting organisation may choose not to proceed with the interview if verification is not completed.
Candidates who believe verification has been applied unfairly should contact the recruiting organisation or email privacy@confiri.com.
For each session, Confiri gives the recruiter one of three results (no material concerns, review recommended, or checks incomplete), the outcome of each individual check, and a plain-English summary. These are aids to a human decision: they are not legal determinations of identity or fraud.
A result recommending review does not mean a candidate has acted fraudulently, and Confiri never rejects anyone automatically. Recruiters must apply their own judgement when acting on results. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of verification results.
When a recruiter connects Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, Confiri reads the next seven days of events to find interviews the recruiter organises. For each interview it creates a verification session, adds a link to the interviewer's review page to the event, and removes the candidate from the event's guest list so they join through Confiri's own invitation; the calendar notifies the candidate of the change. We need read and write access to calendar events only for this, and we do not read, store or process calendar data beyond what it requires. Section 4 of our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is read, changed and kept.
You must not use Confiri to verify individuals for purposes unrelated to legitimate employment interviews, harass or unlawfully profile candidates, circumvent security measures, use automated tools in unintended ways, or resell access without written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Confiri is offered on annual or monthly subscriptions billed in advance, and pilots run on terms agreed in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused verifications except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Your use of Confiri is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All software, design, content, and trademarks associated with Confiri are owned by Global Talent Leaders LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Talent Leaders LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Confiri. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid during that period. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Talent Leaders LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing privacy@confiri.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Confiri after that date constitutes acceptance.
