Confiri is an identity verification platform for video interviews operated by Global Talent Leaders LTD (company number 14557865), registered in England and Wales at Summit House, Horsecroft Road, Harlow, Essex, CM19 5BN. By creating an account or using Confiri as a candidate, you agree to these Terms.
Recruiters — companies and individuals who create a Confiri account to verify candidates they are interviewing.
Candidates — individuals directed to Confiri's verification gateway as part of an interview process arranged by a recruiter.
By using Confiri, recruiters agree to:
By proceeding through Confiri's verification gateway, candidates confirm they understand that a liveness check, device analysis, IP analysis, and location check will be performed, and that results will be shared with the recruiting organisation.
Candidates may decline to complete verification. However, the recruiting organisation may choose not to proceed with the interview if verification is not completed.
Candidates who believe verification has been applied unfairly should contact the recruiting organisation or email privacy@confiri.com.
Confiri generates a trust score and verification report for each session. These are indicative assessments — they are not legal determinations of identity fraud.
A low trust score does not definitively mean a candidate has acted fraudulently. Recruiters must apply their own judgement when acting on results. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of verification results.
When a recruiter connects Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, Confiri scans for upcoming interview events and automatically patches those events with a verification gateway link. We require read and write access to calendar events solely to insert this link. We do not read, store, or process calendar events beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
You must not use Confiri to verify individuals for purposes unrelated to legitimate employment interviews, harass or unlawfully profile candidates, circumvent security measures, use automated tools in unintended ways, or resell access without written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Confiri is offered on a monthly subscription basis billed in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused verifications except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Your use of Confiri is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All software, design, content, and trademarks associated with Confiri are owned by Global Talent Leaders LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Talent Leaders LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Confiri. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid during that period. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Talent Leaders LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
You may cancel your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Confiri after that date constitutes acceptance.
